The spa is super nice as well but the was experience - while never pleasant- is made more so by Beatriz. I had a wonderful experience with Shae. I will be coming back for more services with her soon! Arnette made me feel as comfortable and it was as quick and much more less painful than I had anticipated. The room was very clean, sanitary, and cute. Will be back again, for sure!! The decor, music and staff combined to create a great atmosphere. I had a pedicure and my feet feel pampered. The pedicure was great by Marcela, the receptionist Maria was bustling around taking appointments, getting everyone drinks, cleaning up after people, etc. all with a smile. I couldn\'\'t ask for better service and I\'\'d love to go back! Kara is the BEST! Like I have said before, she is professional, yet so easy to talk to. Kara has always done an outstanding job on my lashes (as well as my brazilians). She is just amazing. I enjoy her and will never go to anyone else! OMG-what an experience...which Shae made comfortable as possible, she was very professional and engaging, I can''t say it was enjoyable (seriously! We''re talking about ripping hair w wax!)but it was all very well done I am completely bare & highly recommend Shae, as a matter of fact I''m going back for a facial. Everything was great, from the moment I stepped in to the moment I left. The atmosphere was very relaxing and inviting as well. It was my first time getting a brazilian wax and Paola made me feel very comfortable and it was over before I knew it! Pia also had the best prices around; the best value for your money. We felt very pampered and were totally comfortable the entire visit. Not to mention our pedicures are still perfect and our skin still feels great! Thank you for the great day =) I was in terrible pain from a aching neck and shoulder that had kept me awake all night. I called the South Tampa location and they said how soon can you get here? I was thrilled to get in so quickly. Within half an hour Selena was applying healing hands to my tension filled neck and shoulders.The receptionist was so sympathetic and anxious to help get me in and wished me well as I was leaving. My overall experiance was just fine. My appt was at 6:30, I was early (arr at 6) and the reception changed after my arrival and the replacement (I''m bad with names) double checked on me and re-offered a beverage. From the moment I walk into the doors I am greeted with a warm and welcoming overall environment. The pull down menu only allows me to pick one mentu, but I have been seen by both Beatrice and Shae for my waxing needs, and they are both amazing and do excellent work. Beatrice was the first ever to wax the special area about four months ago, and she made the experience as easy as possible considering where you are getting the hair ripped out. Since then she has continued to give great service, which was also followed up by Shae who gave the same service, but with a bit of comedy.
